REVIEW: The Taylors – Hope & Healing

The Taylors are a family Group from Lillington, NC. Like many family groups, their harmony is just super tight and very pleasing to the ear. Hope and Healing is their latest release with StowTown Records and first as a trio since Leslie Taylor left the group earlier this year.
The song selection on this project is concentrated on the message of the songs and is sure to capture the ear of every person who listens. “Worship You Again” is perfect for worship services in most churches today, yet fits perfect in a Southern Gospel concert. I think two of the upbeat songs will do very well on radio. “He Won’t Fail You” and “Between Here And Heaven” have a beat and message that excite listeners driving down the road.
If you are looking for a CD that will be pleasing to your ear and yet progressive enough to reach young people in your family, then this is the CD you are looking for. My only criticism would be that there are aren’t enough upbeat songs, however the CD is strong enough that I would still buy it and enjoy it.
