Dallas, GA (May 4, 2016) – The Nelons, set to be inducted into the GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame on May 10, were recently honored by the state of Georgia and their hometown of Dallas, GA. Earlier this week, representatives from the office of Georgia Governor Nathan Deal and Dallas, GA Mayor, Boyd L. Austin Jr., honored the talented family with a commendation and a dedication setting the day of May 10, 2016 as ‘The Nelons Day” in their hometown of Dallas, GA.The Nelons will be inducted into the GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame on May 10, 2016 in Nashville, TN at Lipscomb University during the GMA Honors celebration. The all-star evening will feature performances by Amy Grant, Jason Crabb, Donald Lawrence, Donnie McClurkin, Hilary Scott & The Scott Family, Jordan Smith, Michael English, Selah, Travis Cottrell, Tye Tribbett and more.
