Victoria Steelman is a new artist to Positive Country Records. “Small Town Girl” is the Title cut of her freshman album and also her first radio release. Small Town Girl is quickly climbing the Christian Country charts as it encourages and ministers to radio listeners. Victoria wrote Small Town Girl with her friend Shellem Cline to express her heart and give us a glimpse into her testimony. Victoria had the privilege of having  Shelsea Becker as her director and award-winning cinematographer Chandler Baucom as her videographer.
