About Dusty Wells:
Dusty Wells has been actively involved in the Christian Music Business for over 40 years. A journey that began as a music buyer for a chain of bookstores in the northwest called Christian Supply Center, led to 4 years as one of the first field representatives for Sparrow Records. Upon leaving there, he worked alongside The Rambo’s, Reba Rambo, and Dony McGuire helping them develop their publishing and record company. His next stop was Word/Curb Records where he spent 22 years as Senior Director of Marketing and Account Relations. In 2017, he joined New Day Distribution and Daywind Records, where he currently serves as Senior Director of Artist and Label Relations. Christian music played a significant healing part in Dusty’s journey from the time he got saved on a bus ministry program at the age of 14. The music of The Rambo’s, The Lanny Wolfe Trio, and The Downings helped open a door to all types of genres of Christian music, and Dusty knew he was “called” to help get this music out there from the very beginning of hearing it. “This “heart” music became my best friend and confidant, and it helped me through so many dark times… Christian music is so much a part of my life, and I am so grateful that God continues to let me help share the value of it daily”. Dusty and his wife of 42 years, LaVonne make their home in Nashville, TN and he is the proud father of four amazing children and 6 extra special and amazing grandchildren.
About Dave Clark: Dave Clark is a multiple Dove Award winner whose songwriting credits include cuts by artists such as Rascal Flatts, Larnelle Harris, Sandi Patty, Steve Green, 4HIM, Karen Peck & New River, Al Denson, Point of Grace, Phillips, Craig & Dean, Joseph Habedank, Glen Campbell, Donny Osmond, CeCe Winans, Michael Crawford, and many others.He spent 5 years in the 80’s as a musician with the Speer Family, playing guitar, bass, and banjo as well as writing many of the songs they performed. He is the producer of two Grammy-nominated projects for J.D. Sumner and the Stamps Quartet and the author of two books, Worship Where You’re Planted and Living in the Power of My Weakness from Beacon Hill Press. In 2009 he was awarded ASCAP’s Living Legacy Award in honor of 25 #1 songs on the Christian Music Charts. He currently has enjoyed twenty-nine number-one songs on national charts, including at least one in five consecutive decades. Dave and his wife Cindi live in Hendersonville, TN, and have three adult children and one son-in-law. In addition to his songwriting, he currently serves as Creative Director for Lillenas Publishing, a Kansas City-based Christian music company.
