Since I was not familiar with Southside Drive, I went to the internet to do some research to find out a little about them. They are a gospel duo comprised of Randy Bowling, guitar and vocals and Gwen Hana, lead vocals. They hail from Coastal Carolina near the Wilmington and Myrtle Beach area.

Their sound is a contemporary country sound with some Rhythm and Blues mixed in. Their songs on this project are all original material. Not every song is a gospel song, some are just country songs.
This recording is fraught with issues both from a production and performance aspect.

Production wise, the mixing does a lot of tweeking, and vocally the duo needs to get some vocal training and work on their pitch and blend. I can tell the group is sincere, but unfortunately the issues on this recording overshadow the highlights.

Track Listing:
1 – Your Love Rescued Me
2 – Broken Windows
3 – Born Again
4 – Walkin’ Louisana
5 – Angels Among Us
6 – Forgiven
7 – The Stronger The Wind
8 – Each Life We Touch
9 – Cryin’ Kind
10- Let There Be Light
11- Whatever You’re Looking For
