Hillary Scott, best known for her role as 1/3 of the country trio Lady Antebellum, presents a Christian recording alongside her family The Scott Family. Hillary’s mother Linda Davis (with Hits of her own), father Lang Scott and sister Rylee Scott all make up this talented family. What started as a family recording turned into their first album together. Guest vocalists Ricky Skaggs, Steven Curtis Chapman and Sharon and Cheryl White also lend their voices to this family project. The collection features a few songs written by Hillary alongside some timeless and modern Christian music favorites. The first single is a Hillary penned tune THY WILL. Check out the music video for this one. Linda does a great job with the Dottie Rambo song, SHELTERED IN THE ARMS OF GOD. You’ll hear Lang featured on AIN’T NO GRAVE and LOVE REMAINS. You’ll hear Rylee on LOVE REMAINS and featured on UNFAILING LOVE. Hillary takes lead on many of the songs including the opener BEAUTIFUL MESSES. The family blends well and presents a laid back inspirational recording that many will enjoy. With uplifting and encouraging lyrics and melodies, LOVE REMAINS leaves a very peaceful and thankful feeling after listening.
