God Works in Mysterious Ways - Long Distance

You never know how a song, or a CD given away by a fan, will be used by God. Our tenor singer, Ben Mullins is one of the most giving, caring, and God centered people you will ever meet. He was talking to a family member that had been transferred to the Virginia area to be a nurse at an area hospital there. She had a copy of our project "God Is" that she loved to play in her car. As with so many people in the nursing profession, she is also a very giving person.

She met a coal mining family where the man of the house was having health problems from a hard life of drinking and coal mining. He rarely if ever went to church. His health was slowly taking its toll on him. This lady gave him our "God Is" CD and said "listen to this-I think you will like it", not knowing that God had a plan all along.

She ran into the man's wife again a few weeks later. The lady was excited to tell her that "God Is" the person that changed her husbands life. She said that her husband stopped drinking, cleaned up his life, and is now going to church with her. No doubt God had a plan and if we are sensitive to His Holy Spirit, God can do awesome things, even from a long distance away.

I also want to thank everyone that has been requesting our song "God Is" on southern gospel radio nationwide. Keep it up.
We love you and talk to you next month!
