I am currently watching this show on Daystar tv hosted by Tammy Underwood.  John Lanier is on tonight and I’ve seen Ivan Parker and others in the past.  It looks like they are doing a live concert or pretendig to.  At the end of the songs, I hear clapping and sometimes the artist talk briefly between songs.

But, when you can see past the stage, which is rare and can only be a few rows, it is very dark, actually so black, I have yet to actually see anyone.  So, is the clapping thrown in at the end of the songs coming from a recording to make it seem live?  If so, I don’t see the point.  What would be wrong with letting the artist simply sing and talk to the audience on tv?

Anyone know if they actually have a live audience?
