Obituary for Mrs. Rita Faye Janos
Rita Faye Janos, 69, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 at her home in Byram. Visitation will be 12noon until the 2pm funeral service Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Janos was born in Yazoo City, MS to the late Jack and Lucille Foster Hardy and was of the Baptist faith. She was self employed , retiring from sales. Mrs. Janos loved to sing, having a passion for Karaoke. She was a very caring, kind and loving person, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone.
She is preceded in death by several brothers and two sons, Charles “Eddie” King, Jr. and Frankie Laverne King.
Survivors include her husband Charles “Bo” Janos of Byram; son Jerry Wayne King of Pearl; daughter Sherry King Steele (Jeff) of Cullman, AL; step-daughter Tracy Janos of Brandon; brother Melvin Hardy; sisters Ruby Dawson, Erma Lee Green, Doris Branning, Vera Spencer and Nathalie Johnston; a host of grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
