As a true “southern gospel music lover”, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this new project by this Florida based family group, The Walkers. I hate to admit it, but I had not heard of them so after doing some research, I found that they travel quite a bit down in Florida, Georgia and the South East area and have been heavily involved in concerts, crusades & music ministry since 1991, and they are still going strong. Their music is a strong blend of southern gospel with a great country feel mixed in. Their latest project, LEGACY, is full of wonderful songs of hope, faith, strength & His great love for us and the journey that we are all on. For those other “lovers of great southern gospel music”, I would recommend this project to you as well. Several stand out songs for me were, I CAN HEAR THE ANGELS SINGING (very reminiscent of the Rambos), HOLY SPIRIT FLOW THROUGH ME, HE CALLED MY NAME and I loved the song ALWAYS THERE.
Looking forward to hearing more about this group and seeing them live one of these days.
