The powerful track wraps up the Christian music veterans’ upcoming album, “Finest Hour,” with a reminder that every day offers a new beginning — a fresh start — through God. Lauren Talley, who takes the lead on the song she co-wrote with Kenna West, found inspiration for the tune in the Talleys’ hometown.
“There’s a consignment/resale shop in our hometown of Morristown, TN called the Begin Again Shoppe. Their sign caught my eye one day as I drove past,” Lauren says. “I began thinking about specific areas of my life I wished I could do over. No matter how much we’ve messed things up, we can have a fresh start in Him. That’s what redemption is all about — He’s a begin again God!”
