Every time I read Romans 5, it reminds me of a song that we sang in Junior Church growing

Therefore being Justified by faith, we have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, for the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost, which is given, which is given unto us, unto us…unto us….. (now this is the KJV . lol… . So when you read chapter 5 in some of the other versions, it may read a little differently, but without the love of God in our hearts, we cannot truly love others.

Proverbs chapter 3, Trust in the Lord …. Sometimes when we do not see or understand the whys and the hows, this is a faith moment. God has been so faithful to me and to us. God Loves us so much. I have been listening to my new CD that s getting ready to come out, and the songs that God gave me over the past couple of years to write for this project and a couple that my friend allowed me to record, it amazes me every time how they all go together., the theme of this album / project is Falling in the Arms of God. Songs of Gods peace, songs of leaning and learning to lean on Jesus. Seeking the wisdom of our Lord and savior…. Learning to be strong when we feel so weak, and that we can live in victory. God is faithful to those that wait on him and to those that allow his peace to come into our lives…He is Faithful to his Children, are you one of His ? You can be if you are not.

Romans 6. Goes on to tell us how the Grace of God abounds, but we do not need to live our lives like , “Oh well God will forgive me “. But to live like we truly Love God and are truly thankful for his grace and mercy , but also knowing that when we make a mistake , we know his (Gods) grace and mercy will be right there, and God’s forgiveness is always available when we ask.

So, as spring is ahead of us, Easter is around the bend, the thoughts of new flowers , pretty weather, and all the things spring brings , let the newness of the Love of God spring up within your Soul and allow the love of God flow through you this season, the love that nothing can compare. Let us walk in the goodness of God, in his love and forgiveness. Let us allow Grace and Mercy to walk with us and before us, we all have been forgiven of so much.

There is not one person I know that is perfect, now there are a few that come close, but they are still here so God must know something I don’t know , LOL, seriously, none of us are perfect, however we serve a God that is perfect in all His ways. God has commanded us to share his gift with the world. Who is in your world today ? Let’s walk in and share his love, grace and mercy with those we come in contact with. Will you say yes to Jesus and respond to his request ?

I challenge you to be Jesus to someone this month. Then allow yourselves to be Jesus all through the year…. . Much Love, Bev
