It seems that every time you turn on your radio or television, you hear bad news and even more bad news. As a matter of fact it can overload your mind be down right depressing! Whether it’s an earthquake in another part of the world, another terrorist attack, the ups and downs of Wall Street and the stock market, it seems that our world is spinning just a little bit more out of control with every passing day.

Are you ready for some good news? The good news is that no matter how crazy things may seem, God still is very much interested in what’s going down here on planet earth. He still holds this world in the palm of His mighty hand and is still in control. He knows what it feels like to feel alone, forsaken, depressed, betrayed. He understands how we feel because He’s walked in our shoes. That’s the reason why He told us in today’s scripture that there would be trouble in our world. But aren’t you glad He didn’t stop there!! He went on to say that He has overcome the world. So Here’s more good news. If you are His child, then you’re an over comer as well!!
