Danny Riddle has released a new project, filled with great songs. The album begins with an upbeat number entitled, “Somebody Soon” with an encouraging message for the believer, regarding the eternity that awaits us free of trouble and sorrow. “The Crossing” is another tune about Heaven. Written from the perspective of a dying saint of God, the listener get’s a first hand perspective of why we can rejoice when we cross the chilly Jordan. “Mama’s Song” is bluegrass song written from the heart of a mother’s love for her children, even after they are grown and gone. The second chorus is written from the perspective of the child taking care of his mother, when she is feeble. Great lyrics, sure to warm your heart and soul.Danny has a traditional gospel/bluegrass style and a traditional voice and you can most definitely hear  the conviction in his voice, on this particular project. Great job!
